All of our services come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If we cannot make you happy before we leave there is no charge for the service.
Once paid for, a 30-day guarantee covers anything from returning spots and spills, to new ones. If your spots return, so will we. Just call within 30 days of your cleaning and we will return to take care of it, free of charge. However, there is an exception if a new product is needed.
For example, Your guest spills a glass of red wine. A product, not previously purchased, is required for stain removal. There will be a charge for the new product. However, the visit and the reclean will not be charged. Other products that may be additional, would be sanitizer or injections for odor problems like pet odor.
Pet odor removal is guaranteed when treatment recommendations of the cleaning technician are followed. See our pet odor guarantee. If odor removal is guaranteed there are no additional charges for re-treats occurring within the first 30 days.
The 30-day guarantee is fantastic for customers who are showing their home, or those having up-coming company. It ensures that you get the best of both worlds. Enjoy the comfort of knowing your carpets will look great for visiting company and yourself after the company leaves.
