Our cleaners can move light furniture items like end tables, sofas, chairs, and dining sets. We cannot move heavy items like wall units, bookshelves, beds or electronics. Your service also comes with vacuuming, and pre-treatment for spots. If you have additional needs like pet odor removal, soil retardant, or red removal please talk to your cleaner about pricing. These services are priced by the square foot.
After Hours Appointment:. There is a $75 fee for after hours appointments. After hours appointments begin at 4:00 pm. Coupons and discounted specials are not valid for after hours cleaning.
Cancellation Policy : Should you need to change your appointment for any reason, please let us know 48 hours in advance. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled time carries a $25.00 cancellation/rescheduling fee. Persons meeting us for the appointment must be a minimum of 18 years of age. If you are not going to be present at the time of cleaning, you must provide verbal consent for us to enter the property. You must also provide information on how to gain entry into the home; such as lock box code, or location of the key. If we are unable to gain entry into the home, the appointment will be treated as a same day cancellation.

The Pristine Carpet Cleaning family has been professionally cleaning carpets, and upholstery for over 35 years. Earlier in 2011, the boys came home from the US Marine Corps and decided they wanted to start cleaning carpets again. So, Ed the owner came out of retirement and started Pristine Carpet Cleaning.
