• Fall is finally here, and with the changing of the season we are rolling out some changes of our own. In our continued effort to be a green company, we are pleased to announce that we are going paperless! Our new system will also allow us to offer some features that we have never been able to offer before. Our hope is to provide a better customer service experience from start to finish.

    While some features are already available those that aren’t will be available very within the next two weeks. Now when you schedule an appointment you will receive

    1. Text notifications confirming your appointment.
    2. Text message when we are on the way with a real-time estimate of when we will arrive based on the drivers GPS location. This text will also include a picture of your service technician so you know exactly who is coming to your home.
    3. All of our invoices will now be digital. If you need a copy it can be emailed to you anytime, even a year from now, and able to be sent as soon as you request it (assuming you are doing so during business hours).
    4. The digital invoice will allow us to be more exact, and provide a full description of each service provided.
