In addition to vacuuming our cleaners will move light furniture. Light furniture includes sofas, loveseats, end tables, and chairs. However, there are a few items we cannot move. These would include beds, wall units, electronics, and items that require disassembly.
Next, the carpets are cleaned using an encapsulation dry cleaning process. The process does use water but is a low moisture cleaning method that provides fantastic results and allows you to use your carpet immediately after cleaning.

However, pet urine odors can become worse if proper treatment is declined. In these cases, refunds will not be issued for worsening odor problems when the treatment recommendations are declined.
In extreme cases of heavy urine, we reserve the right to decline service. It is always our goal to leave the carpet in better condition than when we arrive. If that isn’t possible, we will decline the cleaning and you will not be charged for the visit.
