If getting your estimate online you can move straight into scheduling. Pick your day and time, add your information, and receive your confirmation text about the appointment. The confirmation will have a link where you can preview all services and the prices for the service you scheduled. In addition to the link will also provide a picture of your cleaner. On the day of the cleaning, you will also receive a text message when your cleaner is en route.
Basic Lakewood Cleaning Prices
Basic cleaning prices for Lakewood carpet cleaning always include light furniture moving, vacuuming, spot treatment, sanitizing, cleaning, and a 30-day warranty.
While we are able to move most furniture, we do have a few
exceptions. We are unable to move beds, electronics, wall units, or items that
require disassembly.
Prepping for Lakewood Cleaning Services
Preparing for your cleaning is simple. First, remove knick-knacks and breakables from the tops of furniture items that you would like us to move and have clutter up and off the floor. Next, transfer the drawers from the dressers that you would like us to move to the bed or a different room. Finally, if you have items like beds or wall units that need to be cleaned underneath, please have them moved out of the way before we arrive.
Carpet Evaluation
When your carpet cleaner arrives he will walk through the areas to be cleaned and evaluate the carpet for problem areas. He may ask about spots that he sees if you have treated them with anything. If you have pet odors he may use a black light to see if there are any areas that need to be treated for pet urine.
Treatment Recommendations
We do not practice high-pressure sales tactics. Our cleaners will provide you with tips for carpet care and may make a few recommendations based on your desired outcome. For example, if you are looking to maintain your carpet for many years to come, he may recommend replacing the carpet protection. Carpet protection helps to prevent soil from cutting the carpet fibers, and fraying (carpet blooming). It also helps with spot clean-up.
We have three optional products available.
- Red Remover – Used to remove food-grade red stains like wine and Kool-aid
- Soil Retardant – Protective coating that helps to prevent damage.
- Injections – Used to treat severe urine problems where the urine has penetrated down into the padding and may have hit the subfloor.
Basic cleaning services do not include optional products. These products can be purchased for an additional fee. Please speak with your cleaning technician to get an exact price for these services.
There are many different size homes in Lakewood. Sanitizer, and possibly injections are usually needed to take care of urine problems. Treating pet odor can get expensive. While customers are not required to add optional products, it is important to understand that cleaning a carpet with a severe urine issue can cause the smell to become worse. If your cleaner determines that the problem is bad enough to require treatment, and you refuse it, we reserve the right to decline service. It is our desire to leave every home in better condition than when we arrive. We don’t want to receive a call from you after the cleaning saying that the carpet smells horrible. Guarantees & Warranties
All carpet, upholstery, and area rug cleaning services come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please let your cleaning technician know before we leave your home if you are not happy with the service. We will attempt to make things right, but if you are not satisfied when it is time for us to leave there will be no charge for the service. Your cleaner will zero out the bill.
Once you have paid for your service it comes with a 30-day warranty. If spots come back, or if someone undoes everything we just did, you’re covered. We will return at no charge, just give us a call before the 30 days are up.
