• We are paperless

    Fall is finally here, and with the changing of the season, we are rolling out some changes of our own. In our continued effort to be a green company, we are pleased to announce that we are going paperless! Our new system will also allow us to offer some features that we have never been able to offer before. Our hope is to provide a better customer service experience from start to finish.

    New features are available

    While some features are already available, those that aren’t will be available very within the next two weeks. Now when you schedule an appointment you will receive:

    1. Text notifications confirming your appointment.
    2. When we are on the way, you will receive a text message.  This text will also include a picture of your service technician if you are an iPhone user. 
    3. All of our invoices will now be digital. If you need a copy it, we will email it to you. We will send it immediately ( during business hours).
    4. The digital invoice will allow us to be more exact, and provide a full description of each service provided.

    If you do not wish to receive text notifications, let our staff know when scheduling your appointment. We can easily turn the feature off. Although, we can’t imagine why you wouldn’t want to receive them.

    We are very excited to go paperless because there are added benefits and new safety features for our customers. Plus, the added convenience of knowing when the service technician will arrive.
