We have three option products available.

  • Sanitizer*
  • Pet odor treatment (injections)

These two products are not included in the price of cleaning. If you are interested in either of these products, ask your carpet technician or customer service representative for more information.

*Sanitizer : This product kills germs, bacteria and viruses like Covid-19. It also takes care of mold and mildew. If heavy urine is present you may need the pet odor treatment injections.

Dry Carpet Cleaning Method

We utilize a fast dry carpet cleaning method called encapsulation. Encapsulation is a low moisture carpet cleaning process. The cleaning solution dissolves oils and greases, releasing the dirt, and encapsulating it. Hence, preventing the dirt from being able to stick to the carpet fibers. Making it easier to remove more soil. In addition, the products continue to work for 72 hours after cleaning. After that, you can resume normal vacuuming.

Approximately, one to two gallons of water is used for every 1,000-1,200 square feet of carpet. Lightly soiled carpets typically dry within two hours, while highly soiled carpets average closer to four hours to dry. This highly effective method delivers great results while conserving our natural resources.

Residential Carpet Cleaning

Residential cleaning is priced by the room. A room can be up to 300 square feet without going over. Leftover square footage may not be applied to additional areas. Our minimum charge is $125.00

Commercial Carpet Cleaning

Commercial cleaning typically requires a preliminary appointment to access the areas and get measurements to provide accurate pricing. Pricing starts at $0.40 per square foot, with a minimum order of $175.00.

Upholstery Cleaning

Upholstery is priced by the piece and can be scheduled along with carpet cleaning or on its own. Drying time on upholstery is 2-4 hours.

Area rugs need to be evaluated in order to be priced as some require hand cleaning. In most cases, rugs can be added on at the time of cleaning. Free in-home estimates are only available for area rugs that are valued at over $500.00 because the cost of cleaning can sometimes exceed the cost of replacing.

We have a wide cleaning area and even will go to cities a little further out for a travel fee. Cities with an asterisk next to them have a $40 travel fee. In addition, we can occasionally provide same-day or next-day service for many of the cities listed. However, you will not be able to schedule a same-day or next-day appointment on our website. High-Rise Apartments

We can clean high-rise apartments. However, there are some limitations. Before scheduling please review the following requirements to verify we can service your property.

  • We must have guaranteed parking on location. Our cleaning technicians are not able to transport their equipment a block to your apartment’s location.
  • If parking is in a garage, 10 feet of clearance is required for our vans to be able to enter.
  • There must be a working elevator.
  • Due to the added security of these buildings, you are required to be present for the full duration of your appointment.
  • If your technician must pay for parking it will be added to the bill.

Once your appointment is scheduled:

  • You will receive a confirmation text with the day and time.
