  • The Pristine Carpet Cleaning is a family and veteran owned company with over 35 years of experience. In 2011, the Justin came home from the US Marine Corps and decided they wanted to start cleaning carpets again. So, Ed (the father) came out of retirement and started Pristine Carpet Cleaning along with his wife Ginger, son Justin, and daughter Joni. Justin and Ed work in the field while the Ginger and Joni run the office. It's a team effort and each member of the family is committed to providing customers with an amazing experience from start to finish.

  • Customer Safety

     We have your safety in mind! With all the scammers out there these days, we want to make sure that you know the person that shows up at your door is the person that is supposed to be there. All of our cleaners have blue uniform shirts with the company logo printed on them. Customers who provide a cell phone number when scheduling their appointment will receive text messages to confirm the day and time of the appointment with a link included. The link is a great way to review your order and make sure that all the information is correct, and nothing is missing. 

    The day of the cleaning we work to keep you up to date on where your cleaner is, and when they are coming. All appointments do have a two hour arrival time window, so you know approximately when they are showing up. There is no waiting around for half the day when you have other things you need to do. When the cleaner is in route a text message is sent to notify you they are on the way. For iPhone users, a picture of the technician will be sent as well.
